The Annual General Meeting of Glenrothes Art Club, normally held each year, elects a Board of Management to oversee the organisation of activities, maintenance of the Club Studios and Rooms in Caledonia House, promotion of the development of the Club, recruitment of new members, and a host of other duties and responsibilities.
