(c) It is proposed to change Paragraph 25 in the Constitution to increase the minimum age for membership of the Club from 16 to 18.
This is essentially a practical change relating to the freedom to access the Club premises enjoyed by all members.

Membership shall be open to individuals, over the age of 16, who subscribe to the aims and values of the Club. Individuals shall be eligible for membership of the Club upon payment of such annual subscription as may from time to time be determined by the Annual General Meeting. |

Open Discussion on your Art Club
As a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO), your Art Club needs to hold an AGM. Essentially the AGM business will be : (a) noting the accounts (b) agreeing the Boards decision on 2024 / 2025 Members’ Annual Subscription and (c) change to the constitution, and then the election of board members.
